KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Document Control
• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management.
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
• Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
• Generate the various document control reports as required.
• Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Control customer and corporate documents. Monitor the standardization of internal processes according to customer requirements.
Audit Leader
• Lead the team to prepare for internal audits/customer/corporate audits according to ISO/customer standards.
• Participate and lead relevant departments in external audits
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with corporate standards and customer requirements.
• Work with relevant departments to investigate the cause and provide corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Support continuous improvement and preventive actions.
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Experience: At least 2 years of QMS/ ISO/ Quality System Handling
- Knowledge: ISO 9001, Quality System, and Manufacturing Process
- Functional Skills:
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
Well organization, logical thinking.
- Other Abilities: English: Advanced Level
