1. "Must-have" Responsibilities:
- Manage project simultaneously in the role of an electronic engineer from the kick-off phase to mass production (MP).
- Issue Analysis and Troubleshooting: Analyze issues related to PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and identify root causes to propose corrective solutions.
- PCB Design Tool Usage: Utilize PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD) to design and modify electronic circuit boards. Can export the BOM, Schematic and Gerber to support production
2. "Nice to have" Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of programming various types of MCUs.
- Product Performance Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests on electronic products to ensure stability, performance, and compatibility.
- Technical Support for Production and QA Teams: Provide technical support to production and quality control teams throughout the production and testing process.
- Supplier Audit and Management: Conduct supplier audits and management to ensure compliance with quality standards and technical requirements from MIL.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and quality control teams to optimize processes and resolve product-related issues.
This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, Thu Duc, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 7, 10, 11, Go Vap/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical-Electronics, or a related field.
- Have knowledge of electronics, experience related to power tools is an advantage
- "Must-have" Requirement:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the electronics field, particularly with PCBA and related issues in electronic circuits.
- Have a strong knowledge of electronic circuit and components.
- Experience working with PCB design tools such as Altium or similar software.
- Proficient in using measurement and analysis instruments for electronic circuits, such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Power Supplies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Language Skills: Can use English for email and daily work communication and collaboration.
- "Nice-to-have" Requirement:
- Experience in controlling brushed and brushless DC motors (BLDC) and experience related to power tools is advantages.
- Experience in troubleshooting, analyzing issues, and optimizing electronic products.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes: Understanding of the electronic manufacturing process and related product requirements from design to mass production.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes such as CPK, GR&R, and Buy off, EMC testing.
- Supplier Audit Skills: Ability to audit and manage suppliers, including assessing product quality and supplier processes.
- Using analysis tools such as: 8D, 5 whys, fishbone analysis.
- Communication and Teamwork Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work in teams and collaborate with different departments.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a global team.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Willingness to learn and keep up with new technologies in the electronics field, and self-improvement of skills.
