Mô tả công việc

Job Summary:

Directly perform and repair construction items such as building, plastering, painting walls, and repairing floors at the factory. This position requires technical skills, good health, teamwork spirit, and high awareness of labor safety to ensure quality and handle problems according to the engineer's instructions.

Responsibilities :

Daily check of construction related facilities inside and outside the factory.
Follow and deploy the facility’s maintenance plan related to construction items
Repair damaged construction items professionally and quickly.
Support and supervise vendor for installation and repair of construction items (such as doors, walls, glass, manholes, floors, painting, brick works ...)
Follow engineer’s instruction and work closely with all relative team members to achieve team goal.
Promptly report technical incidents or abnormalities at the construction site

Yêu cầu công việc

Academic

Vocational school / technical school or above.

Years of experience

3 years’ experience of construction works or civil facility maintenance.

Special knowledge

Understanding of basic construction processes
Knowledge of construction materials
Skills in reading and understanding simple drawings
Understanding of mortar mixing techniques, concrete pouring, painting techniques, and wall plastering techniques
Knowing how to use and maintain personal protective equipment properly.
Site incident handling techniques
Team coordination skills.
