Mô tả công việc

This position is responsible for controlling indirect BOM material from demand, material delivery on-time, and material inventory level to ensure orders fulfillment and Customer satisfied

Analyzing material demand to have proper actions to secure materials supply
Planning materials in advance to adapt production planning
Releasing purchase orders to vendors, arranging, and following up shipments until materials are available in warehouse
Identifying delivery risks in advance such supplier’s capacity, manpower, raw materials, Tier2 suppliers and working out solutions to ensure suppliers delivery on-time
Reporting suppliers’ performance, capacity utilization, critical components
Controlling inventory level, excess, material expire
Supporting New Project Development program, follow up new products development orders and deliveries to meet new products launch.
Reporting department KPIs (Day of Stock, Air-truck cost and other KPIs)
Contributing improvement ideas, cost saving

Yêu cầu công việc

University graduated. and above in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering
Minimum 2 years' experience in supply chain/planning/material control Prefer experience in chemical manufacturing
Good level in English (Chinese is an advantage)
Working knowledge of ERP system, Oracle is advantage
Fluency in Microsoft Office, VBA/Macro is advantage
Good at presentation
Good at MS Excel and Power Point
Good interpersonal communication skills
Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
Understand incoterm
Teamwork, agile, growth mindset, working on pressure
