JOB SUMMARY
- Be responsibility for Production Line Troubleshooting.
- Be responsible for Efficiency Improvement.
- Building the Line Standard and Auditing production compliance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Work with relevant departments for production line troubleshooting (material, man, machine, method).
- Process Efficiency & Quality improvement (Short and Long-term improvement)
- Work with cross function for rework method & routing definition.
- Analysis timely, find the root cause and effective action/solution.
- IPQC/OQC reject analysis. Line down follows up & improvement.
- Line audit, Gemba Walk.
- Making the Weekly report for all issue and actions related to IPQC/OQC.
- Support ME (Manufacturing Engineering) team for running NPD project if needed.
- Support IE (Industrial Engineering) team for reviewing the method or WI if needed
Education: University, Major in Electric-Electronic, Mechatronic, Electrical, Industrial related.
Good communication skill in English
Experience:
- At least 4 years working experience in electronics/electrical field, experience in troubleshooting, Root cause analysis.
- Process or Production Engineering Field is an advance
Knowledge
- Good at PFMEA, VSM
- DOE is a plus
- Troubleshooting Tools
