Job Description

Electrical & ELV system Operation and Maintenance:
Manage and operation of the electrical system: MV Switchgears, transformers, MSBs, MDBs, DBs, lightings, etc.
Coordinating with EVN to solve the electrical issue, and MV operation training certificate
Manage and operation of the ELV system: CCTV, access control, UPS, IT cables, etc
Manage preventive maintenance to ensure the system run in optimized operating condition and minimize down time.
Working with contractors for new installation, renovation, and improvement of the system.
Work with other departments to solve issues directly or indirectly related to system and operations.
Review technical specifications, current regulations related to system
Development SOP/WI and training for maintenance Technicians
Spare part control Other tasks assigned by the facility manager.
Operation and maintenance of the electrical system
Operation and maintenance of the ELV system
Manage preventive maintenance activities.
Review technical specifications, current regulation related to system.
Direct, mentor and manage the activities of maintenance technicians

This position will be based in Cu Chi Factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10, 11, 12, Tan Binh, Go Vap, Thu Duc. Hoc Mon/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities maintenance in large scale manufacturing environment
Independent yet a team player who possesses good time management and multi-tasking skills.
A quick problem solver who can manage a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Have knowledge of current regulation and requirements in electrical & ELV.
Good organizational, management and leadership skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing work environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good at Microsoft office, Auto Cad, outlook, ppt, etc.
