Fresh Mechanical NPI Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Follow up the development/improvement of power tools from initiation till mass production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and validate products and components.
• Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on-time delivery. Involve yourself in failure analysis activities, collaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solutions/improvements, and follow up on the implementation.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.

This position will be based in 02 locations. Candidate can choose to work at 1/2: 

1. Củ Chi factory, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 10, 11, 12, Hoc Mon, Tan Binh, Thu Duc, Binh Duong, Dong Nai is available. 

2. Đồng Nai factory (only 1.5 hours to travel by using the highway). Shuttle bus from District 1, 12, Thu Duc/Bien Hoa is available. 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in related fields
• Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD). Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
