Production Supervisor (Shift working)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Production Supervisor to lead our production team and ensure smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations.

You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve productivity, maintain product quality, reduce waste, and develop a strong production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production and ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets are met.
• Manage manpower, equipment, and production resources.
• Solve production issues and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Work with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams to improve production performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators and technicians.
• Drive Lean, 5S, TPM, SPC, and other improvement activities.
• Monitor production KPIs and report improvement results to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or SPC is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good English communication skills.
