Job Description

  • College degree or above
  • Good spoken English; Chinese is a plus
  • Proficient in computer use
  • Familiar with Office, Oracle, K2 System
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Assist in coordination and follow-up of project-related daily activities
  • Support sample shipment arrangements and coordinate with China colleagues
  • Manage and organize project materials, samples
  • Arrange business travel including hotels, transportation, and flights when VN or China teammate have business trip plan;
  • Assist with attendance updates and approval follow-ups
  • Provide general office and 5S administrative support.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • College degree or above

Experience:

  • Don't have special request, but willing to learn and study to catch daily tasks.

Knowledge:

  • Good at English
  • Proficient in computer use

Functional Skills:

  • Familiar with Office, Oracle, K2 System
  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills
  • Good at communication skills

Other Abilities:

  • Chinese is better
