Job Description

SEM-CT Technician will be responsible for operating advanced imaging equipment, including CT (Computed Tomography) scanners and SEM-EDS (Scanning Electron Microscope with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy), to analyze lithium-ion cells.

Operate advanced analytical equipment, including CT scanners and SEM-EDS systems, to support structural and electrode material analysis of lithium-ion cells.
Perform high-resolution imaging and elemental characterization using SEM-EDS to identify defects, abnormalities, and material inconsistencies.
Conduct CT scanning to evaluate internal cell structures and detect potential defects or irregularities.
Accurately document, analyze, and report results in compliance with laboratory standards and procedures

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Material Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or related field.
Prior experience operating analytical equipment such as SEM, EDS, or CT scanners is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome with proper training.
Basic knowledge of lithium-ion battery, and imaging/spectroscopy principles.
Detail-oriented with good data recording and handling skills; able to follow laboratory procedures and standards.
Critical thinking, collaboration, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
