Job Description

The HR-ER Senior Specialist is responsible for executing comprehensive Employee Relations (ER) and Engagement strategies across all Business Units (BUs). Key areas include managing internal communication channels and feedback channels (hotline, Tea Talk, etc.). The position heavily supports organizing and executing employee activities (holidays, team building, Year-End Party, etc.) while overseeing Canteen Management, uniform inventory, and enforcing company discipline. The role also acts as the HR-ER representative for Trade Union activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Communication: Ensure timely communication via email and notice board updates; Disseminate important information to employees as required.
  • Employee' feedback: Manage the HR-ER feedback channels: hotline, QR code feedback, Tea talk quarterly - free talk (DL level).
  • Employee Engagement Activities: Support & organize team-building outings, holiday activities, and events such as International Women's Day, VN Women's Day, motivational events, birthday celebrations, CSR activities, and year-end parties at all BUs.
  • Canteen Management: Supervise canteen operations to maintain quality, quantity, and hygiene standards; Control meal orders and costs across departments via Meal Control System.
  • Welcome Onboard - Orientation training for Staff, IDL/DL
  • Inventory Management: (Uniforms, Name badges/Access Cards, Straps/Clip cards): Plan annual inventory quantities; Coordinate with BU, Sourcing, and Finance for procurement, payment, and delivery processes.
  • Discipline: Handle disciplinary issues in accordance with TTI Regulations, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  • Trade union: be representative of HR-ER to handle the Trade Union activities for employees

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in similar roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Employee engagement activities.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, disciplinary action & reporting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Ppt).

Functional Skills:

  • Organization & Project Management.
  • Strong Communication & Relations.
  • Experience in cost control.
  • Problem-solving mindset.

Other Abilities:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Good presentation skills; experience in delivering presentations is a plus.
