JOB SUMMARY
This role aligns business objectives with people strategies, ensuring HR solutions are well coordinated, relevant, and effectively implemented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Business Partnering
- Build strong working relationships with business departments to understand and stay close to business needs.
- Conduct regular communication and structured meetings with business units to capture HR requirements and priorities.
- Analyze HR trends and workforce metrics in partnership with HR Shared Services to identify root causes and support data-driven business decision-making.
- Leverage HR data and digital tools to generate insights that support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
2. Workforce Planning & Hiring Coordination
- Consolidate hiring requests from business units to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with workforce needs.
- Review and validate headcount requirements to ensure alignment with business priorities and approved manpower plans.
- Coordinate with relevant HR functions to ensure hiring requests are properly processed and ready for execution.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Propose and support initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention within business units.
- Gather employee feedback and insights to identify engagement and retention improvement opportunities.
- Support communication of HR initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
4. Others
- Perform other HR-related tasks or assignments as requested by management to support business needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 3–4 years of progressive HR experience in HRBP or similar roles.
- Experience in a large-scale manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge
- Strong digital mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process automation, digitalization, and HR efficiency improvement.
Functional Skills
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Understanding of the end-to-end talent lifecycle.
- HR Data & Analytics: Ability to analyze HR metrics, identify trends, root causes, and workforce risks; capable of HR reporting and dashboard interpretation.
