Senior Reliability Technician

• Monitor testing processes and ensure compliance with procedures and technical standards.
• Collect and analyze test data, identifying quality or reliability issues. Assist in preparing test 
result reports for engineers and management teams.
• Provide feedback to improve test methods and optimize test procedures during the 
development of new test devices or systems.
• Retrieve ORT tools from the production line and manage BM tools and ORT tools.
• Perform teardown analysis when issues arise and after completing the manual life test.
• Update the test result into VIPER, CTQ Digital system.

• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in testing or technical maintenance (preferably in product reliability or related areas).
• Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with testing systems and technical standards.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel and data analysis software.
• Strong teamwork and good communication skills.
• Willingness to support and learn from other team members.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
