We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support the Supply Chain team with related activities as well as general office administrative tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office operations and customer service within a professional working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Provide support in preparing required documents, reports, correspondence, records, and presentations…

Essential functions:

Support in preparing and collecting supply chain and logistics documents
Support and keep track of any outbound and inbound shipments
Work with the warehouse to process delivery orders and follow up on the inventory
Manage and store payments and invoices
Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company or ad-hoc procurement or projects.
Perform other tasks if required.

Education:

Senior students in any discipline such as Economics, BA, International Business, Logistics and Supply Chains,...
Commitment to working full time in 06 months.

Experience:

No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university/social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage

Knowledge:

Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus.
Good design, MS and IT skills e.g., Canva, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc. is a plus
