AQE Engineer / Senior Engineer should be a good leader new floorcare product qualification process in terms of qualification testing, assist supplier to prepare for quality manufacturing, quality product files and records keeping

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow up new products qualification testing according to test plan
Identify any potential product quality issue with engineering team and supplier.
Follow up with supplier on outstanding process control issue.
Maintain product file and quality record for the new product.
Develop IPQC and pre-shipment inspection standards.
Follow up new products pilot run and work with other team members to resolve any quality issues.
Develop Process Quality Control Plan with supplier.
Prepare Quality Issue Tracker List for NPI Builds.
Prepare PPAP package for customers
Assist to review Engineering Change issue from quality point of view.

Yêu cầu công việc

University Degree (or above) in quality / mechanical/ electrical engineering.
5 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing and quality engineering.
Good written and spoken English skill
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
Good self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Capable of drive key initiatives towards successful implementation.
Work in home appliance or floorcare industry is an advantage
Develop mechanical test methods and develop data to help formulate specification
Background in APQP and PPAP
Background on Design Quality Control in electrical / home appliance products would be more prefer
