JOB SUMMARY
1. Coordinate with Depts. and BUs to develop and maintain the TTIVN’s compliance programs: - Corporate Social Responsibility - Security - Management System
2. Prepare records and welcome the audit teams.
3. Maintain and update the regulations of HR Dept. to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Laws: Internal Labor Rules, CBA, Employee Handbook, ...
4. Monitor and update policies/procedures in accordance with the standards of Management System.
5. Perform disciplinary labor handle
6. Support ER Activities: Year-end party, Birthday, Engagement Activities.
7. Other duties will be assigned by the Superior.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain the HR's compliance programs: Corporate Social Responsibility, security, management System
2. Draft and update the HR policies/Regulations to meet the laws as well as customer requirements.
3. Conduct the internal audit.
Education
Business Administration/Human Resources or other relevant qualifications
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience related to Human Resources jobs in manufacturing companies with 2,000 employees or more.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the field of Compliance or Procedures (ISO) in multi-national companies.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam employment legislation - Good communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)

- Deadline-focused with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and effectively prioritized and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate standards to other employees. - Desire to develop, acquire further knowledge and to understand the business
