JOB SUMMARY :
Control the in-line quality of Floor Care product to follow concept of 5 Star Quality - Cooperate with related dept for quality issue solving and improvement for mass production build
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work on IPQC audit check point with clear investigation result and improvement action timely
- Monitoring FPY of Floor Care product, driving FPY improvement for top defect especially model does not reach the target daily, weekly, monthly
- Quality issue solving for mass production model, driving on quality continuous improvement
- Update/make report for quality performance, weekly monthly
- Make IPQC checklist for new model, Any quality issue, customer complaint, lesson learned that need to update IPQC checklist, ENG need to review and update
- Control and standardize master sample and limit sample - Conduct correlation for the master samples periodically , modify master sample if any change
- Handle improvement project/activities such as A3
- Manage IPQC technicians by assign and instruct/training quality control strategy to all IPQC technician/leader/TS
1. Education: Bachelor of electronic/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical or other technical majors.
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in technical fieds.
3. Knowledge: Good lean manufacturing, zero defect mindset Willing to change and adapt with new working environment Good quality knowledge Good knowledge about 7 Quality tool, QMS, TQM, FMEA, QCP, PPAP....
4. Functional Skills: Good Excel, Power point, Power PI Problem solving skills with 8D, 5 why, fishbone
