Management Accountant (District 9, HCMC or Dau Giay, Dong Nai) | Free Shuttle Bus

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Management Accountant to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, financial control, and accurate reporting across our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor departmental spending and ensure compliance with budget controls.
• Oversee production procedures and implement control gates to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Manage and monitor the inventory system, performing regular physical-to-system reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain relevant financial and operational reports to support management decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance factory processes and drive operational improvements.
• Support annual budget preparation and periodic forecast updates.
• Conduct variance analysis on actual vs. budget spending and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures, corporate policies, and relevant regulations.
• Assist in implementing system improvements and automation for reporting and data accuracy.
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making for production, supply chain activities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ability to use advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Query, Power BI, and Macros (advantageous).
• Background in manufacturing finance or operational accounting preferred.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Working place: Dau Giay, Dong Nai or District 9, HCMC
