OPD/Shipping Specialist (Đồng Nai or Củ Chi | Work in Shift)

Position 1: OPD Specialist (Order Processing Department Specialist)

• Workout daily trucking plan to Truckers; workout daily loading plan
• Daily communicate/manage trucking plan & loading plan to zero backlog
• Receive order from Customers – mapping with Production schedule and on-hand booking to have loading plan
• Balance loading plan with Warehouse loading time so that it can be aligned with warehouse capacity
• Have a close eye on production line status to have prompt communication/alert to relating Teams and adjust loading schedule if needed
• Work with warehouse and related functions (Production, PMC, Quality..) to coordinate and get FGs ready to load
• Submit accurate documents to Carriers/Forwarders; ensure no late submission
• Work on ERP: Oracle – Generate Shipment UI, generate Shipment note…
• Daily follow and manage booking status with forwarder
• Highlight to upper level for any potential risk of failing shipment, FGs not ready to ship on time
• Check material status and confirm cargoes ready date to customer following customer’s request
• Work with relating functions to improve material status to meet customer request date.
• Others tasks assigned by leader/manager

Position 2: Shipping Specialist 

• Follow up all export consignment to declare CDs after WH completing loading
• Follow up all import/ GIT consignment to declare CDs for supplier to deliver material timely.
• Follow up containers status, such as dock in/ dock out/ work with forwarder to dock in/ dock out timely
• Have knowledge of different CDs modes
• Other tasks assigned by management

• Working location: Dầu Giây, Đồng Nai or Củ Chi, HCMC
• Able to work in rotating shifts [02:00 PM – 10:00 PM (2 weeks/month) & 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM (2 weeks/month)]
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, Import-Export, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations, order processing, and order management.
• Good command of English is required; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good teamwork, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory); knowledge of VBA or Power BI is a plus.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
