Mô tả công việc

Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department.
Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage follow-up.
Verify manufacturing process flow, process routing and routing cost.
Troubleshooting with related department.
Responsible for Kaizen program for continuous improvement, optimum production and
consistency quality levels and efficiency/ Measure the performance of the current process;
analyze current performance to identify best practices and root causes.
Daily defect troubleshooting and in-process quality improvement and control;
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for plant facilities.
machine and equipment Plan, design and implement optimal assembly and process control.
fixtures and equipment for current and new models using Poka-Yoke discipline
Plan, design, and implement a Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction using layman’s term discipline.
Responsible for renovation, layout, and installing and testing machines and equipment in
the plant, including the transfer of knowledge to use
Monitor & control spare part, equipment and consumable levels.

This position will be based in SHTP Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1,2,7,9,10,11,Tan Binh, Go Vap, Binh Thanh/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, strong analytical skills, scheming and organizational skills
Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork-oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, and the ability to work independently with high pressure
Experience in Project Management
Fluent spoken and written English
Years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
Special knowledge: Perfect in using MS office and familiar with autoCAD software
Problem solving and analytical skills.
