Mô tả công việc

  • Work with PRC SPU team to understand general requirements on package.
  • Ensure service part list completed, provide parts’ quotation and exploding drawing to customer
  • For service part supply issue, work with sourcing and OPD team to resolve the supply issue and meet customer request date.
  • For service part complaint, work with In-house quality team to resolve the immediate complaints concern and corrective action to prevent the same complaint.
  • For Engineering Change that affects Service Part, understanding the changes and communication back to customer and necessary updates in system is required.
  • For End of Life models, continuous Service Part supply assurance is required. In case, vendor discontinue production / company decided to terminate vendor within the period where Service Part warranty is still in force, co-ordination between operation team and customer for a chance to do last purchase is required if there is no alternative to continue supply of the Service Parts.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to finalize Service Part Listing on time.
  • Send all Service Parts' quotation to regions on time.
  • Close follow up service supply issues and ensure service orders to be processed smoothly.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor Degree, Business English major is preferred
  • Broad knowledge of manufacturing environment, materials and processes.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain including strategies and objectives.
  • At least 3 years experience in appliances or similar products/industry in supply chain and track record or customer service working for multi-national firm.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
  • String knowledge of planning systems and techniques.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English, with a wide variety of internal and external customers, OPD, Marketing, PMC and Operation team.
