RFQ and SOA management
Contract Management & KPI Forwarders:
- Managing contracts with Forwarders and monitoring performance based on agreed KPIs, ensuring compliance with service standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution.
RFQ Management:
- Receive, review, and analyze incoming RFQs from vendors.
- Collaborate with other relevant departments to gather necessary information for the quotation process.
- Ensure all RFQ requirements are clearly understood and addressed in the quotation.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records of all RFQs and associated documentation.
- Track and report on the status of each RFQ, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
Communication:
- Liaise with vendors to clarify RFQ requirements and address any inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to obtain necessary information for quotation.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a cohesive vendor’s experience.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor pricing strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the company's competitiveness in the market.
SOA & payment management:
- Prepare data accrual & estimate monthly; validate SOA with supporting docs, evidence; follow up SOA payment
- Cooperate with AP team & FWDs to resolve all issues related to expense & billing process.
Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in the RFQ management process.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and streamline workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree, in Finance / Accountant is preferred.
- Over 3 years of working experience in logistics industry, preferably with a background in EPE. Industry Expertise:
- Experience in logistics, forwarding, and supply chain operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team working spirit.
- Proficient in computer applications, especially Excel (macro skills preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI and a strong understanding of ERP systems.
- Strong logical thinking ability.
- Effective business communication skills in English, including speaking, writing, reading, and listening.
- Excellent reporting skills, with mandatory proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is desirable.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites in HCM, Cu Chi, and Dau Giay to adapt to business demands.
