JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to manage daily sourcing operations, including supplier communication and capability assessment, quotation management, cost analysis, and negotiations. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally and engage with regional suppliers to support ongoing operations and new initiatives. Need to be proficient in Excel. Can speak and write in Chinese and English.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
-Lead RFQ processes and conduct line bidding with new suppliers
-Perform detailed cost breakdowns and comparative analyses to identify competitive pricing and understand cost structure
-Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with new suppliers
-Manage the onboarding process of new vendors into TTI's supply chain
Education
BA for supply chain management, business administration, international business, etc.
Experience
2+ years of sourcing experience
