Mô tả công việc

Coordinate with suppliers to collect and verify all relevant documents in compliance with Appendix X and related guidelines.
Monitor incoming emails from suppliers and follow up to ensure timely submission of Appendix X.
Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any document-related issues, ensuring smooth and timely receipt of valid documents.
Maintain effective communication with all concerned parties to ensure shipment documents are accurate, on time, and meet customer/OPD requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to obtain information related to Appendix X.
Monitor timelines and update data daily.
Escalate deviations from established SOPs or supplier-related issues to the supervisor promptly.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, International Business, or related field.
2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Strong expertise in Certificate of Origin (C/O) procedures, with proven experience in resolving C/O-related matters.
Solid understanding of Free Trade Agreements (EVFTA, CPTPP, ACFTA, etc.).
Proactive, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills; macro skills are an advantage.
Familiar with VNACCS software and ERP systems.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Language proficiency: Fluent in English for Import-Export communication
