Job Description

  • Coordinate with suppliers to collect and verify all relevant documents in compliance with Appendix X and related guidelines.
  • Monitor incoming emails from suppliers and follow up to ensure timely submission of Appendix X.
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any document-related issues, ensuring smooth and timely receipt of valid documents.
  •  Maintain effective communication with all concerned parties to ensure shipment documents are accurate, on time, and meet customer/OPD requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to obtain information related to Appendix X.
  • Monitor timelines and update data daily.
  • Escalate deviations from established SOPs or supplier-related issues to the supervisor promptly.
  •  Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Noted: We provide shuttle bus from Hochiminh, Bien Hoa, Binh Duong

Job Requirement

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Import-Export, International Business, or related field.
  •  2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.
  •  Strong expertise in Certificate of Origin (C/O) procedures, with proven experience in resolving C/O-related matters.
  •  Solid understanding of Free Trade Agreements (EVFTA, CPTPP, ACFTA, etc.).
  •  Proactive, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  •  Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills; macro skills are an advantage.
  •  Familiar with VNACCS software and ERP systems.
  •  Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  •  Language proficiency: Fluent in English for Import-Export communication
