Shipping Import Specialist (SHTP, Dist. 9 - HCMC | Free Shuttle Bus)

Responsible for managing import shipments to ensure timely, compliant, and efficient delivery to factories, while handling daily operations and proactively identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process improvement projects.

• Manage import shipments across FCL, LCL, Air/Courier, Cross-border, and On-spot modes.
• Coordinate with Forwarders, Carriers, Suppliers, Customs Brokers, and Factories to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Verify import documents, including Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, and ensure customs compliance.
• Manage customs declarations, clearance, and customs-related issues.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate delivery/trucking schedules to meet factory requirements.
• Handle DG/Non-DG and chemical declaration requirements where applicable.
• Monitor operational deviations and escalate issues to the Supervisor.
• Prepare reports and support SOP development, process improvement, and cost optimization.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

• Bachelor's degree in Import-Export, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/EPE environment.
• Experience working with FWDs, Carriers, and Customs Brokers.
• Familiar with VNACCS, ERP systems, and customs procedures.
• Proficient in Excel, PPT and Power BI; VBA/Macro is an advantage.
• Knowledge of C/O and FTAs (EVFTA, CPTPP, ACFTA) is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
• Good teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English, especially Import-Export communication.
• Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
