Overview:
The Warehouse Process and System Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency and system integrity of warehouse processes and monitoring the quality performance of the organization. This role involves optimizing workflow, documenting processes, leading and facilitating and evaluating training, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and implementing effective inventory management systems which may involve the use of technology with the aim of automating the process resulting in significant reduction of inefficiencies in the warehouse. The Warehouse Process and System Manager will collaborate with internal and external partners in streamlining upstream and downstream processes that will enhance productivity, reduce costs and errors, and maintain a high level of service to internal and external customers. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or any engineering field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
Proven experience in process improvement and system implementation and warehouse automation.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with inventory management principles and best practices
Familiarity with available technology and automation products for use in the warehousing process
Familiarity with Six sigma is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Work Environment:
The Warehouse Process and System Manager typically works in a warehouse setting, with exposure to various weather conditions and noise levels. The role may require extended hours during peak seasons or special projects and movement between warehouses of different locations.
