Lab Technician (Procurement)

Working independently with general direction from the Senior Engineer, the Lab Technician (Procurement)’s primary duty is to purchase and arrange the required material, fixture, equipment, machine following the request on time. 
Responsibilities:
- Request and follow quotes for material, equipment, fixture, machine, consumables.
- Release, control PR/POR and follow PO.
- Arrange the daily material delivery plan and work with supplier to ensure material readiness to serve for project.
- Control material quantity between order quantity & ready stock & consignment material at the supplier to reduce the surplus and containing space at factory. - Control contract, ERM & document for payment and customs declaration.  

• Bachelor of Business Administration / Trading / Engineering field or relevant. 
• Accept fresher, 2 year experience in Procurement position in Multinational Corporation is refer. 
• Procurement Process in Multinational Corporation. Familiar with material, fixture, equipment, machine is refer.  
• Good at Time Management, Document Control, Microsoft Skill.
