Job Description

This leader will lead a team in Techtronic Industries Vietnam factory, take charge of In-Process Quality Control, Outgoing Quality Control and Process Quality Support. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards.
  • Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
  • Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare check card, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
  • Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
  • Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
  • Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
  • Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality

Job Requirement

Academic:

  • College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science.

Years of experience:

  • At least 3 years in Quality field in an engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.

Special knowledge:

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
  • Good English, written and spoken.
  • Good team player with positive approach.
  • Capable of developing and driving team to achieve results.
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively without direct supervision.

Other skills:

  • A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives.
  • Team player.
