Manage and control measuring equipment inside factory (Calibration planning, performance, report validation, giving consultant to end user, data management and audit preparation). Yearly to visit and evaluate capability of external lab for external calibration qualification. Development internal calibration method (SOP, WI, Guideline), and calibration skill for technicians to perform internal calibration.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Main Responsibilities:
- Calibration System Management
- Develop, implement, maintain the calibration system for all measuring and test equipment.
- Define calibration intervals
- Ensure full traceability to national/international standard (SI, NIST, etc.)
- Technical Leadership & Execution
- Perform and supervise complex calibrations (Electrical, mechanical, dimensional, etc.)
- Create, review, approve for calibration procedure, WI
- External labs capability evaluation
- Leading the calibration program (internal/external)
- Measurement uncertainty analysis
- Analyze and evaluate calibration report
- Investigate and manage out of tolerance conditions
- Consultant, providing valuable info to end user
Education:
- Mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering degreed
Experience:
- 5-7 years working experience in calibration, metrology, testing.
Knowledge:
Proven experience with
- Calibration of instruments (Weight, force, pressure, electrical, dimension, temperature, etc.)
- Working in ISO/IEC 17025 or similar accredited labs.
Functional Skills:
- Deeply understanding of
- ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001
- Audit (internal, external)
- P/T ratio, MSA, and stability monitoring Ability to
- Good at English communication
- Cooperate with supplier, cross function, global
- Create calibration planning and tracking
