Senior Preventive Maintenance Engineer

Assure the readiness of Machines, equipment and fixtures forproduction operation, to assure the machines, and equipment are used in safe, efficient manner and complied fully with local regulations & laws of health & safety
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Lead the ME team and provide technical support to production department
• Daily defectives trouble shooting and in-process quality improvement and control;
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, overhaul for Plant machine and equipment, fixtures
• Support TPM program: AM pillar, PM pillar
• Responsible for line balance/line layout/line stoppage following up 
• Responsible for optimum production and consistency quality levels and efficiency/ Measure the performance of the current process
• Ensure new machines through Transfer & NPD fixture set-up, buyoff & hand-over  successfully
• Plan and implement best practices tools as GK, Poka-yoke, CI
• Plan and implement Standard Operating Procedure or Work Instruction for team members. 
• Monitor & control spare part, equipment, and consumable level
• Build up successor planning for core team member and deploy technical training for team

This position will be based in SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from Districts 1, 7, 10, Go Vap, Binh Thanh/Binh Duong/Dong Nai is available.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences, prefer from the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Automation Engineering.
• 4 years or above working experience of Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge Maunfacturing process (Power tools)
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; strong analytical, scheming and organizational skills
• Good cooperation and management skills, teamwork-oriented, proactive/initiative attitudes, and the ability to work independently with high pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English to work with global team
