JOB SUMMARY

Production Planner to follow up with Demand team for order receiving, analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels to have proposal MPS next 12 months.
Production Planner to owner for capacity sizing to ensure capacity align with demand side and highlight/align with Demand team if any capacity constraint.
Production Planner to follow up with relating departments to create effective production plan and ensure there are enough material, manpower, machine and method to fulfill production plan.
Production Planner to follow up and align with relating departments if any daily operation issues and communicate with Demand side for order fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Scheduling and coordinating the manufacturing process to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
Developing daily or weekly production schedules to meet production deadlines and determining material, equipment, and labor requirements.
Analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to create effective production plans.
Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure readiness for production and scheduling shifts and workers.
These responsibilities ensure that production align with business objectives and customer expectations.
Other reports to be assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

University graduated and above in Supply Chain, Economic or Engineering relating.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in supply chain & planning.
Good level in English (Chinese is an advantage).
Working knowledge of ERP system, Oracle.
Fluency in Microsoft Office, VBA/Macro is bonus.
Good presentation is preferential
Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership.
Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
Teamwork & collaboration.
Working under high pressure.
Growth mindset.
