Mô tả công việc

  • Follow up new products qualification testing according to test plan
  • Identify any potential product quality issue with engineering team and supplier.
  • Follow up with supplier on outstanding process control issue.
  • Maintain product file and quality record for the new product.
  • Develop IPQC and pre-shipment inspection standards.
  • Follow up new products pilot run and work with other team members to resolve any quality issues.
  • Develop Process Quality Control Plan with supplier.
  • Prepare Quality Issue Tracker List for NPI Builds.
  • Assist to review Engineering Change issue from quality point of view.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University Degree (or above) in quality / mechanical/ electrical 
  • 3 years relevant experience with good knowledge on manufacturing or quality engineering (PCBA/ or Metal/ or Plastic)
  • Good written and spoken English skill
  • Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Good self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Capable of drive key initiatives towards successful implementation.
  • Develop mechanical test methods and develop data to help formulate specification
