Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for supplier quality management for Milwaukee OS suppliers in Vietnam, covering new and mass production (MP) power tool projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Conduct pre-shipment inspections, process audits, and annual quality system audits; issue reports, follow up on non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  2. Manage PSI quality issues, track 8D SCAR reports, and maintain NCMR & 8D SCAR in the QMS system.
  3. Address customer complaints by providing 8D SCAR reports.
  4. Lead MP Kaizen continuous quality improvement projects with suppliers to meet KPI targets.
  5. Oversee New Product Development (NPD) for finished products and components in Vietnam, including EB, QB, and PR audits, and share reports with the global team.
  6. Drive supplier development through continuous improvement programs, set annual KPI targets, and regularly review supplier performance.

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years in supplier quality management or quality engineering, proficient in Kaizen, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and DOE tools.
    • Preferably 3 years in electronic/electrical design or manufacturing (Semiconductor/SMT/EMS).
    • Experience in quality management for electronic finished goods (e.g., loudspeakers, testers) and reliability testing is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong teamwork, communication, and logical thinking from a quality perspective.
    • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and proactively.
