Job Description

Job Summary

Lead Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) teams at our Vietnam factory. Drive supplier development, ensure material quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet production goals while upholding high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supplier Audits & Assessments
    • Plan and conduct supplier process audits to verify controls and capabilities.
    • Assess and communicate supplier strengths and potential to internal teams.
  • Process Improvement
    • Implement and monitor supplier quality systems, focusing on process controls, metrology, and quality management.
    • Recommend process changes to support cost reduction initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution
    • Identify systemic quality issues and lead corrective actions using tools like Root Cause Analysis, 8D, and Six Sigma.
    • Resolve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.
  • Leadership & Communication
    • Lead cross-functional teams or projects to achieve quality goals.
    • Communicate and negotiate process improvements with suppliers and internal teams.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Science.
  • Experience: 5+ years in quality management. Experience with metal, plastic, and electronic products preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
    • Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and lead initiatives.
