We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support and assist with general office administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a student, who is eager to gain practical experience in office operation, and customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
1. Support for Service Department:
- Assist in receiving and documenting customer warranty claims.
- Coordinate with the Service team and customer for warranty processing
- Track the status of returned or repaired products and update relevant systems.
- Help prepare reports related to warranty performance and customer feedback.

2. Support for Office Administration:
- Support daily administrative tasks such as filing, printing, and managing office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting rooms.
- Handle basic data entry and document management.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- Perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.
- Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company projects.
