Job Description

JD FOR TEAM 1:

Manages Project follow and Engineer Design of New Products 

  • Product mechanical / electrical design
  • Project follow-up from start to mass production
  • Coordinate with Suppliers to qualify new components
  • Coordinate with other Departments for product development
  • Trouble shooting during product development
  • Work according to policies and procedures set by OP
  • Complete Engineering documents required for product development
  • Product improvements and Cost Reduction ideas

JD FOR TEAM 2:

Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team

  • Follow up the development/improvement of power tools from initiation till mass production.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to test and validate products, components.
  • Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
  • Involve in failure analysis activities, collaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.

Job Requirement

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Language: Good communication in English
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or less than 1 year experience in related fields. 
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD). Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill). Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
