Job Description

JOB SUMMARY 

Responsible for managing new project execution from tooling and machine transfer to mass production. This role coordinates cross-functional teams (IE, NPI, QE, PRO, PE, Maintenance) to ensure on-time project delivery, support trial and ramp-up builds, resolve manufacturing issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve stable and efficient production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES 

• Manage new fixture/machine transfers from CN to VN for new model builds.

• Create fixture/machine/tool lists for new projects.

• Follow up on new project timelines; escalate and provide solutions when issues arise.

• Support EB/PP/1st MP builds and work with IE/NPI/QE/PRO teams to resolve PSRs and launch new products into mass production.

• Coordinate with IE, NPI, and QE to design manufacturing processes for new projects.

• Prepare and deliver project handover documentation to the PE team (COM, machine release, fixture/machine list, etc.).

• Support PE and Maintenance teams in analyzing and investigating failures/troubleshooting issues.

• Lead and follow up on CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) projects.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Director/Manager 

Job Requirement

  • Education: University degree with a major in Electrical–Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or other Electrical-related fields.  
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the electronics/electrical field; experience in automated machinery or battery production lines is an advantage 
  • Functional Skills: Ability to program PLC and familiar with programming languages such as C, C#, and C++
