JOB SUMMARY
Collaborate with project team (PMG/MPM/ENG/PGP…) to meet new; transfer or new version products launch on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
-Responsible for new materials( risk buy or risk build suggestion) and capacity planningfor inhouse & suppliers
-Foresee supplyrisk, find solutionand take proactiveactions to ensure no supplyrisk and on time delivery.
-In depth suppliers manufacturing processes, tooling, machining and resource capacity study, bottleneck and capacity incremental to meet business needs of new models
-Good work with cross function team and driver team member to perform EB, QB, pilot run to hit the delivery and launch target
University/College degree
2 years of experiences in Planning or Translator position
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure
Good oral and written in Chinese, intermediate in English
