Job Description

1. Mục tiêu công việc

Hỗ trợ Kỹ sư Công nghiệp trong việc cải tiến và duy trì quy trình sản xuất nhằm tối ưu năng suất, hiệu quả chi phí và đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.

2. Trách nhiệm chính

  • Thực hiện đo thời gian và cân bằng chuyền để tối ưu nhân lực và năng suất.
  • Soạn thảo và cập nhật SOP, Hướng dẫn công việc (WI) và tài liệu quy trình.
  • Hỗ trợ cải tiến layout và thiết lập chuyền sản xuất cho model mới.
  • Theo dõi hiệu suất sản xuất hàng ngày và phân tích chênh lệch hiệu quả.
  • Tham gia các dự án Lean, 5S, Kaizen và cải tiến liên tục.
  • Hỗ trợ xử lý sự cố và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc trong sản xuất.

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận Sản xuất, Chất lượng và Kỹ thuật.

Job Requirement

Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Công nghiệp, Sản xuất, Cơ khí hoặc liên quan.

Kinh nghiệm: 0–2 năm kinh nghiệm trong môi trường sản xuất. Chấp nhận sinh viên mới tốt nghiệp.

Kỹ năng: Kỹ năng phân tích tốt, hiểu biết về đo thời gian, sử dụng Excel cơ bản, kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và giao tiếp.
