Job Description

This engineer will take charge of Incoming Quality. Work closely with all cross functional teams to drive for continuous quality improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

Lead IQC Metrology Technician to manage the process of Incoming Quality Control, ensure all measuring data for incoming material follow quality requirement and correct method.
Leading about the measuring equipment master list and control the plan and result of regular calibration.
Make the plan for internal calibration and work closely with all cross functional teams to drive the planning and control internal calibration result.
Work closely with cross functional team(NPI/PIE/Supplier) to support for measure the dimention/ Function of material to investigate the root cause about quality issue.
Provide Technical support and training in developing for inspection standards e.g. gauges, inspection fixtures, poka yoke fixtures, …
Support supervisor / Manager to training and verify the measuring/ tester machine when get the new or supplier support.
Work closely with cross functional team(PMC/NPI/production/Supplier) to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.

Job Requirement

Education:

Graduated from college and above with majored in technical engineering

Experience:

At least 1 years in Quality field. With working experience about technical such as electric or mechanic products as well.

Knowledge:

Knowledge of the measuring equipment and calibration process. Familiar with basic measuring equiments such as Caliper, Height Gauge, Pin Gauge, …
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

Functional Skills:

Good English, written and spoken.
Good team player with positive approach

Other Abilities:

Capable of coordinating with relevant function team(NPI/US team to drive quality improvement,
Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
A self-starter with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Eager to drive key initiatives..
Team player.
