Job Description

Maintenance production line, trouble shooting, release machine equipment, calibration / Bảo trì dây chuyền sản xuất, xử lý sự cố, hiệu chuẩn và nghiệm thu máy móc thiết bị.
Install, setup, release machine and equipment for production / Lắp đặt, thiết lập, nghiệm thu máy sản xuất và thiết bị phụ trợ.
Maintain, trouble shoot when machine issue / Bảo trì, xử lý khi máy móc thiết bị gặp sự cố.
Perform maintenance and calibration of machines and equipment according maintenance plan / Thực hiện bảo trì, hiệu chuẩn máy móc thiết bị theo kế hoạch bảo trì
Maintain 5S for fixture, tooling, machine after maintaining/trouble shooting / Duy trì 5S đối với đồ gá, dụng cụ, máy móc thiết bị sau khi bảo dưỡng hoặc xử lý sự cố.
Manage Tooling/fixture ready for production changeover / Quản lý dụng cụ, đồ gá luôn sẵn dùng khi sản xuất chuyển đổi sản phẩm

Job Requirement

Education / Học vấn: Vocational school or above major in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, automation engineering / Trung cấp nghề trở lên chuyên ngành cơ khí, điện, cơ điện tử, kỹ thuật tự động hóa
Experience / Kinh nghiệm: 2 years or above working experience with production machine or utility equipment / 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trở lên với máy sản xuất hoặc thiết bị phụ trợ.
Knowledge / Kiến thức:

- Industrial manufacturing knowledge / Có kiến thức sản xuất công nghiệp

- Understanding business principle, customer requirement / Hiểu biết về nguyên tắc kinh doanh, yêu cầu của khách hàng.

- CAD, Solid work, Pro-Engineer drawing reading / Đọc bản vẽ CAD, Solid work, Pro-Engineer

- Good mechanical or electrical knowledge / Kiến thức tốt về cơ khí hoặc điện

- Team Work Good ownership CNC machining
