Manufacturing Engineer (Metal Cutting)

Working address: Dau Giay Industrial park - Dong Nai (Having shuttle bus from HCMC, Bien Hoa, Trang Bom, Long Thanh)

We are looking for an experienced ME Engineer specializing in wrenches machining & Assy to optimize production processes, improve product quality, and reduce costs.

• Assembly line balancing: Designing and optimizing assembly line diagrams (Assembly Line Balancing), minimizing bottlenecks when assembling ratchet mechanisms.
• Jig Design & Assembly Fixtures: Fabricating quick-assembly jigs, pin crimping jigs, and power-assisted devices to help workers operate easily, avoiding reverse assembly or missing components.
• Process automation: Proposing and implementing semi-automatic/fully automated solutions to increase productivity (UPH).
• Develop the machining process: Set cutting parameters and machine cycles for Broaching, Milling, Turning, and Boring/Drilling operations.
• Machine & process development & qualification
• Process Doc: flow chart, PFMEA, WI, Layout
• Daily troubleshooting
• Continuous improvement & automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering/ Materials Engineering
• Good at spoken English and Vietnamese
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer, specifically focusing on metal machining and mechanical assembly processes
• Strong knowledge of metal cutting technologies, including Broaching, Milling, Turning, and Drilling . Deep understanding of cutting parameters, tool life management, and cycle time optimization
• Proven capability in Assembly Line Balancing , layout optimization, and minimizing bottlenecks on manual or semi-automated lines.
