Main duties
*Databases and development tools :
- Proficient in Oracle, SQL Server and other database management and PL/SQL language .
- Proficient in C#/.NET, Java and other development languages, familiar with VS development environment and third-party plug-ins (such as DevExpress).
- Familiar with Kepware and other data acquisition tools, with the ability of system secondary development.
*System implementation and development :
- Able to independently complete requirement analysis, database design, system development and project implementation .
- Experience in setting up development frameworks and writing technical documentation (such as user manuals, development specifications) .
*Industry and business knowledge
- Familiar with manufacturing production management process, including process retarding, material traceability, batch control and other business logic.
- Understand the operation details of the workshop and can make suggestions for system optimization based on industry processes (e.g. medical devices, semiconductors) .
*Project experience
- At least 3 years MES system development or project implementation experience, familiar with large-scale information system project management .
- Soft skills and comprehensive qualities.
- Excellent communication skills, able to train junior staff and meet customer needs .
- Strong logical analysis, problem solving ability, adapt to project pressure and overtime work needs .
- Ability to read English technical documents, familiar with open source technology is preferred.
