JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic NPD Intern to join our team and contribute to the development of products/processes cross-functionally, accurately and timely.
- This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the new product development process from concept to commercialization.
• Support New Product Development Project: Assist the NPD team in the end-to-end development of new power tools, from ideation and design to prototype testing and final product launch.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with supplier, engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing teams to gather and analyze data that influences product specifications and design choices.
• Product Testing & Evaluation: Assist in the testing of prototypes and current products to ensure performance, safety, and durability standards are met.
• Documentation & Reporting: Help prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations that communicate the progress and results of NPD projects.
• Assist in Product Design & Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and assist in the development of design prototypes and 3D/2D models (if applicable).
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product and process improvements and contribute creative ideas to enhance existing products or streamline NPD processes.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Development, or a related field. Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
Functional Skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with power tools or related product development is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Good level of English skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and product design.
