Administrative support to the security team:
– Arrange, monitor daily working of security guards.
– Handle general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork, looking after visitors and assisting with general reception.
– Propose and monitor procedure, WI and budget to ensure operation of the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
– Ensure compliance with agreed codes, legislation and procedures, including security & safety
– Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
– Immediately report problems/failures that may impact on the organization
– Meet your targets and contribute to those of the team as a whole
– Contribute towards the smooth running of the team
– Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls
– Adhere to all organization policies and procedures (SOPs) for all security operations
– Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and clients/customers
– Track attendance and service time for security vendors
– Support monitoring and payment of security service contracts
– Supervise alarm systems and patrol audit logs
– Manage and report internal expenditures
– Coordinate, train, and evaluate security guards to ensure effectiveness
– Manage internal security assets
– Perform additional security-related tasks as assigned
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Security/ Administration/ Finance/ Others...)
– Minimum of 3 years experience in security/ customer code of conducts/ admin.
– Good communication skills, self-confidence, flexible, good inter-relationship skills, leadership capabilities, problem solving and analyzing Information.
– Adaptive to new responsibilities, ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
– Ability to establish and maintain effect relationships with other departments, employees, suppliers, vendors.
– Knowledge of security and employee policies and procedures.
– MS Office, power BI...
– Good English communication and writing skills.
– Prior experience in conducting investigations is highly preferred
