JOB SUMMARY: Handle the transfer/NPD of power tools production from PRC to VN. Follow up projects to meet delivery time and quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up the transfer of power tools production from PRC to VN from initiation till mass production release.
- Work with multiple teams (engineering, quality, lab, supplier…) to test, evaluate and validate transfer components.
- Facilitate project flow including regular contact with other functional team members.
- Prepare all the product documents, i.e. Feasibility study report, CAD drawing, FMEA, FEA, Product Specification, etc.. for review.
- Interact with suppliers to develop part/product specifications that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
- Involved in failure analysis activities, work with Engineering, SQE, suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
- Update engineering documents include CAD drawing, BOM, ECO, SER, etc. and follow up for review and release.
1. Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related fields.
2. Experience: Min 2 years relevant working experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
3. Knowledge:
- Familiar with product evaluation and validation process.
- Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.
- Knowledge of Motor manufacturing and diagnosis is a plus.
- Familiar with product safety approval such as HSF, RoHS.
- Good computer skills, familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter).
