Job Description

  • Ensure office's smooth daily operations and support departments with administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Provide assistance and support to foreign visitors, guests, and colleagues during their business trips to Vietnam.
  • Arrange logistics arrangement such as booking flights, transportation, hotel accommodations, and restaurant reservations.
  • Assist in organizing company's events.
  • Handle payment processes, clear expenses, and prepare monthly administrative reports.
  • Communicate and coordinate with overseas departments when required.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor and above

Experience:

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in administration positions.
  • Prioritize candidates having experience of working at factory environment.
  • Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Administration, English and / or Chinese

Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Outlook)

Other Abilities:

  • Excellent time management skill
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
  • Helpful and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Be willing to work at Tan Phu Trung Industrial Park (Cu Chi, HCMC)
  • Shuttle bus are provided from HCM, Binh Duong and Dong Nai
