JOB SUMMARY :
To provide technical support on production, customer complaint, incoming material, supplier audit activity or quality issues by good communication and cooperation with TTI(VN) cross functional teams (NPI, VE/PSE, AVD/PST, Quality team etc.) from different BUs (MIL, CPT, OP & FC)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• VN polymer lab daily management and equipment maintenance.
• Material failure analysis support.
• Sample collection and preparation, conduct preliminary testing if possible.
• Attend on-site investigation for quality issues.
• Mold trial support.
• To arrange Engineering Standard & Technical guideline training about polymer material application.
• Supplier engineering technical capability investigation.
• To work with teams and push VN supplier’s continuous improvement.
• To review supplier’s SPMP document and prepare SER report according to the ES requirements.
• Other tasks assigned by Polymer expert team.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Polymer materials or related major
Experience: from 3 years of experience in manufacturing industries
