Job Description

  • This is a full-time internship role. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects within the company.
  • You will work closely with Sales, MKT, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams of professionals to support day-to-day tasks and projects, and you will have the chance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

  • Perform in preparing required documents, reports, correspondence, records, and presentations…
  • Translate documents EN - VI (product catalog, technical articles, product news)
  • Assist in preparing & and participating in key activities such as training, workshops, and non-selling/selling events.
  • Perform internal/external support handling such as paperwork, phone calls, and the front desk.
  • Work alongside Intern members and other teams for company projects. • Perform other tasks if required.

Job Requirement

Education:

  • Senior students in any discipline such as Economics, Business Analytics.
  • Commitment to working full time in 06 months.

Experience:

  • No working experience is required, although students with dynamic experience in university / social activities or related work experience will have a big advantage.
  • Effective communication skills in English and possibly other languages is a plus.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with software or applications is advantageous.

Functional Skills:

  • Good MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. is a plus

Other Abilities:

  • Ability to work varied hours/days as required by the business.
